2 WALNUT STREET, GLEN HEAD – As previously noted, the Town of Oyster Bay purchased the property located across from the Glen Head business area (directly behind the current parking lot) over a year ago to expand the parking lot. The Town plans to complete the project in 2026. The Civics will continue to monitor progress.

This property, located across from the GH commercial strip off the four corners and located behind the current small parking lot across from the various small businesses, was purchased by the Town of Oyster Bay to expand the existing parking facility.  We are advised the project will not be completed this year; we expect it to be in the Town’s 2026 plans.
